Software Introduction

Which Must be done before we operate the program, is connecting (Plug) the Port cable

COM 1 of Billing BOX (to Computer COM 1 Port gently and fixed) and Plug the cable

Power to the Wall AC Outlet and Switch ON the Billing Box by pressing Power Switch ,

Then follow this steps :

1. First is login Fill the User Name and Password at File menu and Login ( For the first time using fill username = and eko1 of password = eko1) Then Click O.K. and you can use this Program.
2. How to determine Price to Each Station according to desire of you by pressing

Option Menu and then Click Price and appearance become :

And fill the price (price is for an hour)

Example:

If you Fill 10, mean that price is 10 / hour.

After finish please press O.K button to make confirmation.

And now You are ready to Operate pertama kali masuk gunakan username = eko1

dan password = eko1

3. To start your station going ON just fill the line with value with rule of :

For Pre Paid mode, please fill with price value, and then press ON button, and station will automatically ON and count down as according to price value You filled, and count will down to “0”, and program will off your Station automatically.

Example :

Cutomer / client which wish to play during 2 Hour, in place which valuable station is 20 / Hour, So he have to pay 40, and You fill 40 in the value box, then Click ON, and program will count down from 02.00.00 until 00.00.00, then Station will be OFF automatically.

For Post Paid mode just fill in 0 value box with “ 0 “, then press ON button, until the Customer / Client decide to finish, then you press OFF button, and will seen how many Cutomer/ client Have to Pay according to value exist in value box automatically.

Note :

This Software is with division for 15 minute Its mean

Rounding of price done by 15 minute.

Example

Cutomer / client Play with calculation go forward (Post Paid) if he play during

2 hour 13 minute, he will be expensed 2 Hour 15 minute, etc Other menu addition are :

4. See Report ( Transaction Report) by : Press View and Reports so that will the appearance will : 

You can view the reports or print at paper with Your Printer

Reports will accommodate existing printer automatically.

Note :

• There are Selection menu which you can select, that are All, Counter, and User

a) All is for view reports for all (date of, operator, counter / station).

b) Counter only for view Counter / Station Which You Wish.

c) User only for view report of operator which you wish.

Is suggested to ( Delete All ) after you print the data which have not be needed again, as a mean to lighten your database

5. Create Account.

A.For operator you shall make new operator as user with rights is very limited

as User by press Options menu then press Create Account (Caution do not press

Administrator)

Note :

If you give press administrator, meaning the rights is same with You, and He / She can edit all or delete all reports.

6. Delete Account

Press Option menu and Delete Account

This use if (there are) any employees / operator which have already had no right in this program, aim to prevent which do not wishing The way is press in place which Account to be deleted so that become blue color as background then press delete button.

Note :

Before delete the Account please backup the Reports, because after Account deleted the Account which have been deleted will not present data at Report Record.

7.  Discount System

Discount System is by time system, Press Option menu, and press Discount, then fill in Discount system which you desire.

Note :

In Discount system there are plenty of Variation which you can give there are 10 (System variant of Discount) which you can set from starting from smallest (15 minute ) and can be given up to 10 Hour.

Additional Menus In This Program. You can see by Press Master, there are

• Menu of Calculator (If you require calculate of cost or money.

• Media Player menu, is to call Media of Player Windows, as entertainment .
